对目前国内外体育科研人员关于运动对大鼠骨密度或骨代谢有关的研究成果进行了综述,发现对大鼠骨密度主要测量部位在椎骨和股骨,测量骨代谢主要测量血清中的生化指标,运动干预对大鼠骨密度和骨代谢都产生了不同程度的良性影响,特别在改善骨密度、促进骨发育、防止骨质疏松等方面影响效果最为显著,表明运动干预对提高大鼠骨骼功能具有重要意义。

Paper was reviewed of bone mineral density or bone metabolism on the exercise research results on the current by domestic and international sports workers. It is found that the main measurement of bone mineral density in the spine and femoral sites, The main measure of bone metabolism in serum biochemical indicators.Exercise intervention on bone mineral density and bone metabolism have had a positive impact in varying degrees.Particularly in improving bone density and promote bone growth and prevent osteoporosis, such as the most significant effect.Show that exercise intervention to improve the function of rat bone of great significance.
