采用PEG-6000溶液在0、5%、10%、15%、20%的浓度下胁迫10份青贮玉米自交系,测定了在干旱胁迫下青贮玉米的相对发芽率、相对胚芽长度、相对胚根长度、相对株高和相对含水量,综合评价供试材料芽苗期耐旱性。结果表明,各供试材料间耐旱性差异显著,其中7922的综合评价值为0.9402,耐旱性最强;其他各材料综合评价值为0.5~0.8,抗旱耐旱性弱。
採用PEG-6000溶液在0、5%、10%、15%、20%的濃度下脅迫10份青貯玉米自交繫,測定瞭在榦旱脅迫下青貯玉米的相對髮芽率、相對胚芽長度、相對胚根長度、相對株高和相對含水量,綜閤評價供試材料芽苗期耐旱性。結果錶明,各供試材料間耐旱性差異顯著,其中7922的綜閤評價值為0.9402,耐旱性最彊;其他各材料綜閤評價值為0.5~0.8,抗旱耐旱性弱。
채용PEG-6000용액재0、5%、10%、15%、20%적농도하협박10빈청저옥미자교계,측정료재간한협박하청저옥미적상대발아솔、상대배아장도、상대배근장도、상대주고화상대함수량,종합평개공시재료아묘기내한성。결과표명,각공시재료간내한성차이현저,기중7922적종합평개치위0.9402,내한성최강;기타각재료종합평개치위0.5~0.8,항한내한성약。
The relative germination ratio, relative embryo-bud length, relative embryo-root length, relative plant height and relative water content were investigated to determine the effect of drought stress on 10 inbred lines of silage maize treated with different concentrations of 0, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% by PEG-6000. The results showed that the 7922 had the strongest drought tolerance in tested pieces with the evaluated value of 0.9402; others tested pieces were poor in the salt tolerance with evaluatd value ranging between 0.5 and 0.8.
