采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制得环氧改性苯丙乳液。研究了环氧树脂、功能单体、引发剂、乳化剂用量对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:环氧树脂用量为单体总量的9%,丙烯酸用量为单体总量2%,硅烷偶联剂A151用量为单体总量的1.5%,引发剂用量为单体总量的0.5%,乳化剂用量为单体总量4%的时得到的乳液具有优良的综合性能。

채용반련속충자유액취합법제득배양개성분병유액。연구료배양수지、공능단체、인발제、유화제용량대유액성능적영향。결과표명:배양수지용량위단체총량적9%,병희산용량위단체총량2%,규완우련제A151용량위단체총량적1.5%,인발제용량위단체총량적0.5%,유화제용량위단체총량4%적시득도적유액구유우량적종합성능。
Epoxy modified styrene -acrylic latex was prepared by way of semi -continuous seed emulsion polymerization. Effects of the content of epoxy resin, functional monomer, initiator, and emulsifier on performance of emulsion was studied. It had shown that a good performance emulsion was obtained at the following conditions: the dosage of epoxy was of 9% total monomer mass, and the functional monomer AA was 2%, A151 was 1.5% , the initiator was 0.5% and the emulsifier was 4%.
