Military cadets Key caedts Simulation battalion's management model
针对学员第一任职需要,近年来军队院校以部队基层营、连、排为参照对象,实行了模拟部队基层营、连、排编制,高、低年级学员混合组编进行自主管理的“模拟营”管理模式。这种模式更多的发挥了学员的主动性和创造力,但是也存在一些缺陷,如管教分离、高年级学员的负面示范效应等。本文试图探讨这一问题,并提出一些措施建议。

In recent years, for the needs of Participant's first work, military academies have putted the grassroots battalion, company, platoon as a reference object. The management of cadets has simulated the battalion, company and platoon in a military formation; high and low grade cadets have be mixed, and the process is self-management. This is "simulation battalion's management model". This model has played students' initiative and creativity, but there are some shortcomings, such as the separation of management and teaching, the negative demonstration effect of high school students and so on. This paper attempts to explore this issue and put forward some measures.
