将火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)技术应用于保健酒中微量无机元素的分析,测定了侗家奇液酒中13种微量元素。结果表明,侗家奇液酒含有丰富的微量元素K、Ca、Zn、Fe、Mn、Mg、Mo、Sr、Li、Rb和Se,重金属元素Cu、Pb含量比较低。在选定实验条件下,样品中各元素互不干扰,样品用3 mL/L硝酸稀释后直接进样测定,所测元素回收率为98.1%~103.9%,精密度RSD为0.02%~4.8%。方法简便、快速、安全、可信。

장화염원자흡수광보법(FAAS)기술응용우보건주중미량무궤원소적분석,측정료동가기액주중13충미량원소。결과표명,동가기액주함유봉부적미량원소K、Ca、Zn、Fe、Mn、Mg、Mo、Sr、Li、Rb화Se,중금속원소Cu、Pb함량비교저。재선정실험조건하,양품중각원소호불간우,양품용3 mL/L초산희석후직접진양측정,소측원소회수솔위98.1%~103.9%,정밀도RSD위0.02%~4.8%。방법간편、쾌속、안전、가신。
Flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was applied for measurement of 13 trace elements in Dongjiaqiye wine.The results suggested that Dongxiangqiye wine contains high rich K,Ca,Zn,Fe,Mn,Mg,Mo,Sr,Li,Rb and Se,however,heavy metal elements content such as Cu and Pb was relatively low,and there was no interference between various elements under the selected experimental conditions.Wine sample was diluted by 3 ml/L HNO3 and then direct sample injection determination operated.The recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD) of these trace elements were between 98.1 %~103.9 % and between 0.04 %~4.8 %,respectively.The method was simple,rapid,safe and reliable.
