This paper, starting from the present situation of college students＇ employment, discusses what factors from society, school, family and students themselves contribute to college students＇ difficulty in finding jobs. It puts forth some ways to raise and stabilize college graduates＇ employment rate in hopes of solving the employment problem and promoting social stability and development.
