综合化学实验的开展在提高化学或应用化学专业学生综合运用化学知识的能力,培养其分析问题、解决问题的能力等方面具有十分重要的作用。笔者结合科研工作及大学化学教学经验提出了一个综合化学实验——单滴微萃取-气相色谱法分析海水中的苯胺,该实验具有有机溶剂用量小（0.70μL）且不造成二次污染、富集倍数高、易于气相色谱仪联用及运行成本低廉等诸多优点。

For students of chemistry or applied chemistry major,comprehensive chemistry experiment plays an important role in improving their ability of utilizing chemistry knowledge and of analyzing and solving problems.Combining our scientific outcome and teaching experience,we propose a comprehensive chemistry experiment,i.e.,the analysis of aniline compounds in seawater using single-drop microextraction combined with gas chromatography.The proposed method possesses the merits of low consumption of organic solvent,high enrichment factor,easy coupling with gas chromatograph and low operation cost.
