某型船船体装焊工作结束后甲板表面装焊变形较大,直接导致甲板表面防滑涂层的最终外观凸凹不平,影响船舶外观质量,船东意见较大。为解决该问题,攻关人员深入分析了问题产生的原因,制定了几种甲板找平的方案,并进行试验验证,最终选定HY03环氧胶泥为最适宜的找平材料,同时制定了一套改善甲板防滑层外观质量的最佳工艺流程方案。实船施工效果良好,并经受了6个月的海洋气候考验。该工艺方案成功解决了防滑层表面凸凹不平的难题。

The welding deformations on the top of ship deck are obvious after welding work on board has been completed, which lead to an uneven appearance of nonslip deck covering, poor ship quality and unsatisfactory comments from the owner of the ship. So specialists conduct a thorough analysis of the problem and map out several different solutions. After they test those solutions, they select HY03 epoxy clay to smooth the top of the covering and put forward best work flow procedures to improve the appearance quality of nonslip covering. The work has been recompleted by following the new procedures, and it has been exposed for about six months under the oceanic climate. Such exposure evidences that the new procedures are the best to solve the problem regarding an uneven appearance of nonslip deck covering.
