在信息化战争中,后勤运输保障举足轻重。根据部队运输需求,制定出科学合理的运输车编配结构对于提高部队公路运输保障能力具有重要的指导意义。分析了我军运输车编配存在的问题,介绍了基于最大离差化的多属性决策模型,为运输车编配方案评价提供了一种合理的研究方法。并以某摩步师直属汽车营为例,对运输车的备选方案进行了排序和选优,得到了综合属性值较高的编配方案,为我军作战部队物资运输车的编配调整提供参考。

The logistic transport support is of the decisive importance in the information war.To meet the requirements in military transportation,working out the scientific and rational allocation program for transport vehicles is of the great guiding importance in improving military transport competency.Upon the basis of analyzing the problems of our current military transportal location program,introduced in the paper is the multi-attributive decision-making（MADM）model,which is based on the maximum deviation and which provides us with a new method to evaluate the allocation program.With the auto transport bat-talion directly subordinate to a certain motorized foot division as a practical example,the alternative allocation program schemes are arranged in order and optimized,as a result of which the best scheme for military transport allocation is obtained.The paper may serve as a useful reference for the allocation and adjustment of our military transport vehicles.
