针对半桥IGBT集成驱动板上隔离电源及驱动板负载的特点,设计了一种两组磁芯共用一组高频全桥开关的DC-DC隔离电源。简洁的电路产生4路全桥驱动脉冲信号,无需隔离,实现了板上电源的紧凑设计,提高了功率密度。对关键信号的产生进行了仿真实验,结果表明,该电源电路简洁、高效、可靠,与IGBT半桥集成驱动板达到了良好的结合。
針對半橋IGBT集成驅動闆上隔離電源及驅動闆負載的特點,設計瞭一種兩組磁芯共用一組高頻全橋開關的DC-DC隔離電源。簡潔的電路產生4路全橋驅動脈遲信號,無需隔離,實現瞭闆上電源的緊湊設計,提高瞭功率密度。對關鍵信號的產生進行瞭倣真實驗,結果錶明,該電源電路簡潔、高效、可靠,與IGBT半橋集成驅動闆達到瞭良好的結閤。

The integrated half bridge IGBT driver requires compact,high efficiency and high power density isolated DC-DC power supply.In this paper,a set of two magnetic cores share a high-frequency full-bridge switches is designed.A simple circuit generates four channel drive signals,without isolation,to achieve compact on-board power supply and the best combination with the integrated half bridge IGBT driver.The key signals are simulated,and experimental results show that the power supply is simple and reliable.
