以硝酸镧、醋酸钡、钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶一凝胶旋涂法制备掺La的钛酸钡薄膜,研究薄膜的晶体结构、表面形貌、紫外-可见光吸收性能及光学带隙。研究结果表明,纯钛酸钡和掺La钛酸钡薄膜均为单一四方钙钛矿结构,La3+的引入可以使钛酸钡薄膜在可见光区的透过率和光学带隙有一定程度下降,而退火温度对掺镧钛酸钡薄膜光学带隙基本无影响。
以硝痠鑭、醋痠鋇、鈦痠四丁酯為原料,採用溶膠一凝膠鏇塗法製備摻La的鈦痠鋇薄膜,研究薄膜的晶體結構、錶麵形貌、紫外-可見光吸收性能及光學帶隙。研究結果錶明,純鈦痠鋇和摻La鈦痠鋇薄膜均為單一四方鈣鈦礦結構,La3+的引入可以使鈦痠鋇薄膜在可見光區的透過率和光學帶隙有一定程度下降,而退火溫度對摻鑭鈦痠鋇薄膜光學帶隙基本無影響。

La-doped barium titanate thin films were made by using sol-gel spin coating and lanthanum nitrate, barium acetate and tetrabutyl titanate. The crystal structure, surface morphology, absorptivity of ultraviolet and visible light and optical bandgap of thin films have been investigated. It is indicated that pure and La-doped barium titanate thin films are single phase tetragonal perovskite structure. Addition of La3+ can lead to the decrease of transmittance of barium titanate thin films at visible light region and optical bandgap. The annealing temperature has no obvious effect on optical bandgap of La-doped barium titanate thin films.
