以乙二醇单苯醚-甲醛聚合物微球(乙二醇单苯醚和甲醛的反应摩尔比分别为1∶21,∶3,1∶4,1∶5,依次标记为树脂1—4)为原料,采用热重分析法研究了四种酚醛树脂型聚合物微球的热分解动力学,通过Ozawa法计算酚醛树脂微球的热分解活化能分别为122.29,162.65,130.76和121.40 kJ/mol,乙二醇单苯醚和甲醛的最佳摩尔比为1∶3.

The thermal decomposition behavior of four kinds(annotated as 1—4) of phenolic-typed polymeric beads,which were synthesized by varying different ratio of 2-phenoxyethanol to formaldehyde(1∶2,1∶3,1∶4,1∶5),were investigated by using thermogravimetric analysis and the model of Ozawa.The kinetic activation energies of thermal decomposition of the samples of 1—4 were 122.29,162.65,130.76 and 121.40 kJ/mol,respectively.The optimal mole ratio of 2-phenoxyethanol to formaldehyde was 1∶3.
