用完美主义问卷和就业焦虑等量表对620名大学生进行施测,用结构方程模型检验完美主义对就业焦虑的影响。结果显示,构建的回归模型拟合指标理想,作为自变量的完美主义和因变量的就业焦虑呈显著正相关,完美主义的降低有利于减轻个体的就业焦虑水平。内外控、自我和谐在完美主义对就业焦虑的影响中起中介作用。这验证了完美主义对就业焦虑的重要影响,为进一步探讨完美主义和就业焦虑间的因果关系提供了有力证据。

In the research, the hypothesis of the causal relation between perfectionism and employment anxiety was tested. Six hundred and twenty college students from three major universities were recruited and responded to the revised Negative Perfectionism Questionnaire (ZNPQ) and Employment Anxiety Scale(EAS). Results indicate the self-regression models were very good. perfectionism was positively correlated with employment anxiety. There was some degree of direct correlation between perfectionism and employment anxiety. Perfectionism influenced employment anxiety by the mediator of Internal-External Locus of control and Self-consistency and Congruence. Internal-External Locus of control and Self-consistency and Congruence influenced employment anxiety directly and were the mediator of perfectionism influencing employment anxiety. The research supported the causal relationship hypothesis between employment anxiety and perfectionism.
