本文从机构设置、实习指导、岗前教育、教学安排、考核评价等方面，以深圳信息职业技术学院计算机应用系为例，论述了顶岗实习双重管理模式的探索和实践，并提出了进一步改进和完善的建议，以期对高职院校顶岗实习管理提供一定的参考借鉴。

This article discusses the exploration and practice of the dual internship management model in the Department of Computer Application of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology, focusing on five aspects： institutional setup, internship supervision, pre-post education, teaching arrangements, and evaluation. It also puts forward ways to improve the model and attempts to provide some references for vocational college internship management.
