基于创业环境的重要性，分析湖南创业环境的现状，找出了湖南创业环境存在的问题及成因，在此基础上，指出湖南应加强资金融通，提升服务水平，加大创业者创新、创业精神的培养力度，铲除制度障碍，以优化创业环境，促进创业型经济的快速发展。

Based on the importance of entrepreneurial environment, this paper analyses its present situation aiming to find out the problems and causes existing in the entrepreneurial environment in Hunan province. Then this paper points out that Hunan should strengthen its financing, enhance its service standard, increase the entrepreneurs innovation, cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit and root out the institution obstacles so as to optimize the entrepreneurial environment and promote the development of entrepreneurial economy.
