基于扫描电镜观察了猪獾、黄鼬和鸡鼬三种鼬科动物针毛发的纵向外观及鳞片特征和横截面形态及皮质与髓腔特征,得到鼬类毛发纤维的横截面多为圆形或椭圆形,有明显的髓腔结构;鳞片特征多样,有指状结构、芽状结构、波纹状和花瓣状结构。该形态结构特征是鼬类毛发纤维特殊光泽和良好保暖性质的基础,是纤维仿生的依据。
基于掃描電鏡觀察瞭豬獾、黃鼬和鷄鼬三種鼬科動物針毛髮的縱嚮外觀及鱗片特徵和橫截麵形態及皮質與髓腔特徵,得到鼬類毛髮纖維的橫截麵多為圓形或橢圓形,有明顯的髓腔結構;鱗片特徵多樣,有指狀結構、芽狀結構、波紋狀和花瓣狀結構。該形態結構特徵是鼬類毛髮纖維特殊光澤和良好保暖性質的基礎,是纖維倣生的依據。

The longitudinal and cross-sectional morphological characteristics and medullary cavity of Mustelinae hairs were observed and analyzed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM).The experimental results show that the three Mustelinae hairs have circular or oval shaped cross-section basically and obvious medullary cavity structure;the scale patterns are mainly finger-like structure,bud structure,undulating structure and petal-like structure.The morphological structure is the main reason of the high thermal isolation and lightweight for Mustelinae hairs,and also provide potential perspective for fiber bionic and application.
