采用化学还原法制备了Ir/TiO2催化剂,考察了反应时间、温度、底物的量、溶剂与水的比例、不同溶剂等因素对反应物对氯硝基苯的转化率和产物对氯苯胺选择性的影响.结果表明,当反应温度为50℃,压力1MPa,时间为40min,催化剂为20mg,溶剂与水的比例为28%时,反应物的转化率可以达到100%,选择性达到99.9%.
採用化學還原法製備瞭Ir/TiO2催化劑,攷察瞭反應時間、溫度、底物的量、溶劑與水的比例、不同溶劑等因素對反應物對氯硝基苯的轉化率和產物對氯苯胺選擇性的影響.結果錶明,噹反應溫度為50℃,壓力1MPa,時間為40min,催化劑為20mg,溶劑與水的比例為28%時,反應物的轉化率可以達到100%,選擇性達到99.9%.

Ir/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by reduction impregnation method and was used for the hydrogenation of p - ehoronitrobenzene(p - CNB). The performance of the catalyst for the selective hydrogenation of p - CNB to p - CAN was performed in organic water mixtures solutions. Effect of reaction time, temperature, the different quality of p-CNB, solvent and water ratio on hydrogenation of p - CNB to p - CAN were investigated. Under the optimum conditions of reaction temperature at 50℃, time of 40min, the hydrogen pressure 1.0 MPa, ethanol water volume ratio 28% , the conversion of p - CNB and selectivity to p - CAN can achieve 100% and 99.9% , respectively.
