During the working process,the piston bears the impact of the high temperature,pressure and severe cyclic loading.This condition normally causes the pin bore fatigue and damage.The diameter,cylindricity and roughness of the pin bore should be machined by high precision manufacturing technology.The key factor for the piston manufacturing is related to the improvement for the pin bore precision and reliability.This article mainly analyzes the technology used for boring and rolling of piston pin bore.
