以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,丁酮、1,2-丙二醇为原料合成了丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮,并考察了反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量、带水剂及用量、催化剂重复使用等因素对反应的影响.通过优化得出较佳工艺条件为:n(丁酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=0.2∶0.26,带水剂环己烷的用量为40 mL,强酸性阳离子交换树脂用量为1.2 g(相对0.2 mol丁酮),反应时间2 h,此时产物收率为86.29%,w〉98.5%.催化剂不经处理可循环使用多次.
以彊痠性暘離子交換樹脂為催化劑,丁酮、1,2-丙二醇為原料閤成瞭丁酮1,2-丙二醇縮酮,併攷察瞭反應時間、原料配比、催化劑用量、帶水劑及用量、催化劑重複使用等因素對反應的影響.通過優化得齣較佳工藝條件為:n(丁酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=0.2∶0.26,帶水劑環己烷的用量為40 mL,彊痠性暘離子交換樹脂用量為1.2 g(相對0.2 mol丁酮),反應時間2 h,此時產物收率為86.29%,w〉98.5%.催化劑不經處理可循環使用多次.

With strongly acidic cation exchange resin of styrene system used as catalyst,synthesis of butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was produced by the reaction of 2-butanone and 1,2-propanediol.The effect of reaction time,materials ratio,the content of catalyst,the water-carrying agent and dosage,repetition experiment of catalyst on the synthesis were all studied.Therefore,the favorite technological conditions are presented as following: reaction time is 2 h,n(2-butanone) ∶ n(1,2-propanediol) = 0.2 ∶ 0.26,the water-carring agent(cyclohexane) is 40 mL,the amounts of strongly acidic cation exchange resin is 1.2 g(when 2-butanone is 0.2 mol).The yield of product is 86.29%,w98.5%.The catalyst can be reused without any treatments.
