在分析陕甘宁盐环定扬黄续建共用工程12座泵站通信需求的基础上,分析了SDH光纤同步数字传输方式与其他通信技术的优势,并详细介绍了SDH技术传输特性,并将SDH光纤同步数字传输网作为传输通道应用在盐环定杨黄共用工程通信系统中.最后证明,基于SDH光纤同步数字传输网满足盐环定扬黄共用工程调度运行管理系统各种数据、语音、图像传输的需要;改善了现有通信条件,保证通信畅通,实现与水利专网互联互通,保证盐环定扬黄共用工程调度运行.它的建设一方面解决了盐环定扬黄共用工程业务的需求,满足各级管理机构、现地泵闸站之间光缆连接,为整个通信系统提供安全、可靠的信息传送通道;同时也具备可扩展性,满足了网络结构及业务发展的需求.

The communication needs of 12 pumping stations used in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Yanhuangding Yanghuang extension project are analyzed,and then the SDH optical fiber synchronous digital transmission and other communication technologies are analyzed,the advantages of SDH technology and its transfer characteristic are introduces in details.SDH optical fiber synchronous digital transmission network is used in the projects.Finally,it is proved that the network meets the data,voice and image transmission needs of this project.This network also improves the communication conditions to ensure smooth communication,realizes the interconnection with water private network and the scheduling running of Yanhuanding Yanghuang sharing project.This network meets the business needs of Yanhuanding Yanghuang sharing project and realizes the cable connection among all levels of management institutions and local pumping station.It also provides safe,reliable information transmission for the whole communication system,and it has the scalability to meet the network architecture and business development needs.
