以棉籽壳和棉籽粕为主要原料,利用酵母(JM-1、JM-2、JM-干1、JM-干2)、霉菌(MM-1、MM-2、MM-3、MM-4),通过发酵试验确定最佳的脱毒菌种。结果表明,以JM-1效果最好。在棉籽粕中,JM-1能将棉籽粕中棉酚的含量由发酵前的0.2018%降低到0.0266%,MM-1能使棉籽粕的棉酚含量降低到0.0583%。在棉籽壳中,JM-1能将棉酚的含量由发酵前的0.0589g降低至0.0248%,MM-1使棉酚含量降低到0.0284%。经JM-1脱毒后均能使棉籽粕和棉籽壳达到饲料基料的要求,即棉酚含量达到0.049/5以下。经过微生物发酵后,棉籽粕和棉籽壳中棉酚的含量显著降低,且酵母菌的脱毒效果明显好于霉菌。

Cottonseed hull and cottonseed meal were used as main materials. The yeast (JM - 1,JM- 2,JM- dry 1,JM- dry 2) and mould (MM- 1, MM- 2, MM- 3, MM- 4 ) were tested to determine the best strain for detoxification by fermentation. The results show that the JM - 1 is the best. In cottonseed meal,JM- 1 can reduce the content of gossypol from 0. 201 8% of pre - fermentation to 0. 026 6% ; MM - 1 can reduce the content of cottonseed meal to 0. 058 3%. In the cotton seed hull, JM- 1 can reduce the content of gossypol from 0. 058 9% before the fermentation to 0. 024 8%, MM- 1 can reduce the content of gossypol to 0. 028 4%. By detoxification with JM - 1, the cottonseed meal and cottonseed hull can reach feed base material's request that the gossypol content should be less than 0.04 percent. After fermentation, the content of gossypol in cottonseed meal and cotton seed hull reduced significantly, and obviously the detoxification effect of the yeast is better than mould.
