研究了纤维素酶预处理漂白针叶木浆对打浆能耗、纤维特性及成纸性能的影响。探讨了不同酶量对能耗降低、纸张性能改善的影响,并通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,初步研究了酶对纤维改性的机理。结果表明:经过酶处理的纤维素表面变得粗糙,分丝帚化增多;适量的纤维素酶预处理后能够节约打浆能耗,改善纸浆性能。

The pretreating effects of softwood pulp by cellulases before beating on beating energy consumption, fiber morphology, paper properties was researched in this paper. The effects of different dosage of enzyme on energy consumption and the pulping performance were studied. The results show that pretreatment with cellulases before beating can reduce beating energy comsumption, improve pulp properties.
