企业人际关系是企业所占据的无形资源的一部分，通常被定义为一种关系资本，考察关系资本对于企业的价值是经济学领域的重要问题．研究在一个不完全信息医药博弈模型的基础上，对人际关系所带来的收益进行考量。结果证明：在信息不完全的博弈中，人际关系能够增加信息劣势者的当期收益，并且有助于减少商业贿赂行为的发生．

Personal relations,usually identified as ＂Relationship Capital＂, are considered part of intangible resources owned by corporations, and has been an important issue in some economic areas. This article analyzed returns from personal relations based on a game between pharmaceuticals and hospitals with incomplete information. Its conclusions showed that the player in disadvantage benefits from personal relations. Besides, existences of personal relations are helpful to reduce commercial briberies.
