简介了CCF-1/5405复合材料的“工”字型加强筋结构件的制造流程,重点研究了制备过程中的工艺控制方案及其尺寸精度控制途径,总结出影响成型质量及尺寸精度的因素。结果表明,采用预吸胶、定位预压后二次胶接共固化技术制备出“工”字型加筋结构件,通过上缘条尺寸及填充料芯子定量、上缘条压条分段及压条厚度控制等工艺措施能有效控制“工”字形长桁的尺寸及质量,所制备“工”字型加筋结构件的上下缘及立边尺寸偏差控制在设计厚度的5%,满足装配与减重设计要求。对复合材料“工”字型加筋零件制造工艺的质量控制有参考价值。

This article describes the manufacturing process of carbon fiber composite laminate with I-stiffeners using CCF-1/5405, the technology and controlling methods were included, the influence facts in quality and dimension controlling were summarized. The results show that carbon fiber composite laminate with I-stiffeners meets the design requirements in inner quality by application of pre-bleeding and secondary bonding co-curing technology, while the dimensional tolerance of carbon fiber composite laminate with I-stiffeners were controlled in 5 percent by quantity to top-edge and filling, subsection and thickness restriction of top-edge batten. The experiments have reference sense to quality controlling of carbon fiber composite laminate with I-stiffeners.
