从2009年开始,国网公司全面推进人力资源集约化管理。统一规划计划、统一机构编制、统一用工制度、统一人才培养,加强用工配置、加强用工风险、加强信息系统建设的人力资源集约化管理决策已明确了今后工作的思路和方向。公司新的管理变革中亟待解决的难题就是结构性缺员。芜湖供电公司通过加强定员管理,实行岗位动态管理,完善招聘机制,加强教育培训,拓展成才通道,优化收入分配等多项措施的联运,有效解决了生产岗位结构性缺员的矛盾,提高了人员的优化配置和人力资源运营效率,企业整体竞争力得到进一步加强。
