Controlled ovarian hyperstimulation In vitro fertilization embryo(IVF) transrer Serum progesterone Interleukin-1β Progestogen receptor
目的研究体外受精IVF妇女血清孕激素(P)对血清和卵泡液白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)水平以及颗粒细胞孕激素受体(PR)表达影响。方法根据遵义医学院附属医院生殖中心2007-2008间完成的IVF-ET/ICSI共178周期病历资料,按注射绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)日血清P浓度不同分为三组:第1组:P≤2.5 nmol/L;第2组:2.5 nmol/L〈P≤5.0 nmol/L;第3组:P〉5 nmol/L。同时对其中32例应用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法和免疫组织化学法检测和观察血清和卵泡液IL-1β浓度及卵泡颗粒细胞PR表达的变化,探讨其与血清P水平的关系。结果 hCG注射日血清P浓度和IL-1β浓度及颗粒细胞PR受体灰度值均呈负相关(分别为r=-0.854,P〈0.001及r=-0.781,P〈0.001)。结论血清P可促进颗粒细胞PR受体的表达,异常水平血清P导致颗粒细胞PR受体表达强度改变。

목적연구체외수정IVF부녀혈청잉격소(P)대혈청화란포액백세포개소1β(IL-1β)수평이급과립세포잉격소수체(PR)표체영향。방법근거준의의학원부속의원생식중심2007-2008간완성적IVF-ET/ICSI공178주기병력자료,안주사융모막촉성선격소(hCG)일혈청P농도불동분위삼조:제1조:P≤2.5 nmol/L;제2조:2.5 nmol/L〈P≤5.0 nmol/L;제3조:P〉5 nmol/L。동시대기중32례응용매련면역흡부쌍항체협심법화면역조직화학법검측화관찰혈청화란포액IL-1β농도급란포과립세포PR표체적변화,탐토기여혈청P수평적관계。결과 hCG주사일혈청P농도화IL-1β농도급과립세포PR수체회도치균정부상관(분별위r=-0.854,P〈0.001급r=-0.781,P〈0.001)。결론혈청P가촉진과립세포PR수체적표체,이상수평혈청P도치과립세포PR수체표체강도개변。
Objective To study the relationships between serum progesterone levels and IL-1βof serum and follicular fluid and effect on granulose-cell progesterone receptor in IVF women.Methods A total of 178 cases which were finished by reproductive center in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College.It was divided into three groups according to inject different hCG doses which were first group(P≤2.5 nmll/L),second group(2.5 nmll/L P≤5.0 nmll/L),and third group(P〉5.0 nmll/L).At same time,32 cases were detected the levels of IL-1βand P in serum and follicular fluid in three groups were compared by ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.Results There were a negative correction between the serum P level and IL-1βlevel(r=-0.854,P〈0.001).As well as the serum P level and PR gray level of ovarian granulose-cell(r=-0.781,P〈0.001).Conclusion The results shown that IL-1βmay regulate serum P level.Serum P can accelerate the expression of ovarian granulose-cell PR.
