With the further increasing of the screw heating technics requirement on injection molding machine, conventional style of resistance wire screw heating had become a bottleneck for the injection molding machine as the trend of mechanized equipment in energy-saving and environmental protection. Electromagnetic induction heating had been researched and applicated fastly as a new heating manner which had many virtues such as energy-saving, environmental protection and even heating, and so on. The electromagnetic induction heating controller was designed based on the process characteristic of the injection molding machine, which it had effectly to monitor the process and to make the heating effect of electromagnetic induction heating better.
