将用一个侧冒口补缩两个锤头,改为顶冒口,一个冒口补缩一个锤头.通过扫描电镜、能谱分析,对硬质合金-超高锰钢结合区的显微组织、化学成分及基体的组织进行了研究,并探讨了硬质合金-超高锰钢的结合机理.实验结果表明:新工艺下,锤头基体的组织细化;硬质合金和基体结合较好,为扩散结合.
將用一箇側冒口補縮兩箇錘頭,改為頂冒口,一箇冒口補縮一箇錘頭.通過掃描電鏡、能譜分析,對硬質閤金-超高錳鋼結閤區的顯微組織、化學成分及基體的組織進行瞭研究,併探討瞭硬質閤金-超高錳鋼的結閤機理.實驗結果錶明:新工藝下,錘頭基體的組織細化;硬質閤金和基體結閤較好,為擴散結閤.

A side-riser which feeds two hammers becomes a top riser which feeds a hammer.The microstructure,compositions and connection mechanism of connection zone between cemented carbide-super high manganese steel,and the microstructure of the matrix are researched by SEM and energy spectrum.The experiment results show that the grain of hammer matrix is refined;the connection between cemented carbide-super high manganese steel is close;the connection mechanism is diffusion bond.
