The paper first introduces the method and technology in the Biaxial Oriented Poly Propylene(BOPP)film production line.And a control system was put forward,which satisfied the BOPP operation automation requirement.A Windows Control Center(WinCC)monitoring interface at upper computer has been designed in the research.in order to debug and set parameter to the system easier;then combining with profibus to control other function modules(such as Inverter,ET200M)and using CPU414 as contmller at lower computer to make the system meet the requirements of automatic control of the production line.
