以蔗糖作为表面修饰剂制备纳米硒(NanoSe~0)溶胶,获得含有NanoSe0微粒的4种均匀溶胶.利用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了NanoSe~0-蔗糖溶胶对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用.用抗氧化能力指数(ORAC)法测定了其抗氧化能力.结果显示各NanoSe~0-蔗糖溶胶体系具有清除超氧阴离子的作用和抗氧化能力,实验进一步表明,随着NanoSe~0浓度的增大,清除超氧阴离子和抗氧化能力增强,但是增加蔗糖的浓度对NanoSe~0-蔗糖溶胶的抗氧化能力没有明显的影响.
以蔗糖作為錶麵脩飾劑製備納米硒(NanoSe~0)溶膠,穫得含有NanoSe0微粒的4種均勻溶膠.利用鄰苯三酚自氧化法測定瞭NanoSe~0-蔗糖溶膠對超氧陰離子自由基的清除作用.用抗氧化能力指數(ORAC)法測定瞭其抗氧化能力.結果顯示各NanoSe~0-蔗糖溶膠體繫具有清除超氧陰離子的作用和抗氧化能力,實驗進一步錶明,隨著NanoSe~0濃度的增大,清除超氧陰離子和抗氧化能力增彊,但是增加蔗糖的濃度對NanoSe~0-蔗糖溶膠的抗氧化能力沒有明顯的影響.

Selenium nanoparticles (nanoSe~0) were prepared in liquid phase by using sucrose as surface modifier, and the antioxidant activity of the as-prepared nanoSe~0-sucrose sol was studied in this study.The superoxide anion free radical scavenging activity of nanoSe~0-sucrose sol was evaluated by pyrogallol autoxidation assay.Oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) assay was also used to evaluate the antioxidant activity.The results showed that nanoSe~0-sucrose sol exhibit good superoxide anion scavenging and antioxidant activities, which could be enhanced by increasing the concentration of nanoSe~0 in the sol.However, the concentration of sucrose showed no effect on the scavenging and antioxidant activities of the nanoSe~0-sucrose sol.
