运用流体软件Fluent对采用机械搅拌法制备的玻璃/铝基废弃物复合材料流场进行模拟,采用MRF动参考系模型、多相流Mixture混合模型及标准k-ε模型,模拟使用三层正交组合轴流搅拌桨产生的流场.结合搅拌工艺特点对模拟的结果进行了分析,通过分析搅拌槽的宏观流场、轴向速度和径向速度分布,定性指出了各区域搅拌混合的效果,并同其它搅拌桨产生的流场进行了比较.

The professional software Fluent is used to simulate the flow field of stirred tank in which waste glass/aluminum metal composites is prepared in mechanical stirring technology.Computational fluid dynamics model based on the mixture multi-fluid approach has been employed along with the standard k-ε turbulence model.A multiple reference frame (MRF) approach is used to model the impeller rotation.Simulation of the flow field generated by combination of axial stirring paddles.Combine the characteristics of mixing process to analyze the results of simulation.By analyzing the macroscopic view of flow distribution,axial velocity and radial velocity,the mixed effect of various regions in qualitative are pointed out and compared with other type of stirring paddles.
