为了获得较优的木材真空加压防腐工艺,采用正交试验设计,对马尾松速生材防腐处理工艺的影响因素进行了分析和研究.结果表明:防腐剂浓度和加压压力是影响木材防腐剂载药量的主要因素,防腐剂浓度的影响达到极显著水平,加压压力,压力持续时间的影响达到显著水平.马尾松木材最优化防腐处理工艺为:防腐剂浓度1.2%,加压压力1.2 MPa,压力持续时间1 h,前真空持续时间30 min.

Orthogonal experimental design was adopted to obtain the reasonable vacuum-pressure in the preservative-treated process the wood of Pinus massoniana, a fast-growing tree species. The results indicated that preservative concentration and pressure were the main factors in influence the wood preservative retention. The influence of preservative concentration reached extremely significant level, the influence of pressure, pressure duration reached significant level. The optimal parameters were 0.5 percent preservative concentration, 1.2 MPa pressure, 1 h pressure duration, 30 minutes pre-vacuum duration.
