目的探讨解剖钢板(高尔夫型)内固定和应用CPM治疗胫骨近端骨折的临床价值.方法采用切开复位、高尔夫钢板内固定(必要时植骨,对损伤的韧带、半月板进行修补,腓总神经损伤者探查修复)和应用CPM机治疗胫骨近端骨折,对关节功能进行评价.结果 43例患者均获随访,随访6～81个月,平均28个月,膝关节功能评分:优28例,良11例,可3例,差1例.结论切开复位、高尔夫钢板内固定(必要时植骨)和应用CPM机治疗胫骨近端骨折,是目前治疗胫骨近端骨折较为理想的治疗方法之一.

Objective To discuss the clinical value dissections in the steel plate (golf) to fix and the application of the CPM to the treatment of proximal tibia bone fracture. Methods Uses in the incision replacement, the golf steel plate fixed (when necessary to plant bone, to damage ligament, meniscus to carry on patching, common peroneal nerve injury repair) and to apply the CPM machine to the treatment proximal tibia bone fracture, to evaluate the appraisal to the joint function. Results 43 example patients attain the revisit, who make a follow-up visit for 6～81 months, the average 28 months, knee joint function grading: Superior 28 examples, good 11 examples, but 3 examples, different 1 example. Conclusion In incision replacement, golf steel plate fixed (when necessary to plant bone) and application the CPM machine to the treatment proximal tibia bone fracture, are one of more ideal methods of treatment in treating proximal tibia bone fracture at present.
