用载铜活性炭和锰铁矿石内电解-催化氧化体系降解糖蜜酒精废液COD,最佳的催化剂制备和废液处理条件为:活性炭用7.5%Cu(NO3)2溶液浸渍12h,废液5倍稀释,废液初始pH值5.5,处理温度90℃优化实验结果表明2h COD去处率达76.57%.

A new copper catalyst was developed using highly porous activated-carbon as the catalyst support. The internal electrolysis method with ferromanganese ore and activatedcarbon supported copper catalyst was designed to promote the oxidation of organic pollutants in wastewater from the molasses alcohol industry. The conditions for preparing the catalyst and for treating wastewater were experimentally carried out according to oxidation efficiency in wastewater treatment. The optimum conditions were made up of: copper ion concentration of 7.5 %, impregnation time of 12 h, five dilution,initial value pH of 5.5, temperature of 90℃, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal of optimizing with the best condition was 76.57% at 2 hours.
