目的：观察自制的纯中药普渡罗胶囊对强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法：采用治疗前后自身对照法，对72例强直性脊柱炎患者进行临床观察。疗程8周,普渡罗胶囊用量为2～4粒/d(每粒含生物总碱280mg)，分1～2次口服。结果：12项临床观察指标中有9项(晨僵、骶髂关节压痛度、扩胸度、外周关节压痛数和肿胀数、外周关节压痛积分和肿胀积分、15m步行时间、患者与医生评估)治疗后明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)；实验室指标中的血小板、血细胞沉降率、γ-球蛋白，治疗前后比较改善显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在8周疗程中除有轻度口干外，无其他不良反应。结论：普渡罗胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎不仅有镇痛消炎作用，而且能有效地控制病情进展。
목적：관찰자제적순중약보도라효낭대강직성척주염적료효。방법：채용치료전후자신대조법，대72례강직성척주염환자진행림상관찰。료정8주,보도라효낭용량위2～4립/d(매립함생물총감280mg)，분1～2차구복。결과：12항림상관찰지표중유9항(신강、저가관절압통도、확흉도、외주관절압통수화종창수、외주관절압통적분화종창적분、15m보행시간、환자여의생평고)치료후명현개선(P<0.01혹P<0.05)；실험실지표중적혈소판、혈세포침강솔、γ-구단백，치료전후비교개선현저(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。재8주료정중제유경도구간외，무기타불량반응。결론：보도라효낭치료강직성척주염불부유진통소염작용，이차능유효지공제병정진전。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of PutRh capsule intreatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods: Seventy-two consecutive cases of AS were studied clinically, and the results before and after treatment were compared. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The patients were given PutRh 2-4 cpasules, 1-2 times per day. Results: Nine clinical parameters out of 12 were impoved obviously after treatment (P<0.01, P<0.05), including morning stiff, number of peripheral joints pain, number of swelling, the deepness of tenderness of rumpbone, and so on, the comaprison of laboratry parameters was significant before and after treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01). There were no other adverse effect except stight xerocheilia during the 8-week treatment. Conclusion：PutRh not only has analgesia and anti-inflammation effects on ankylosing spondytitis, but also slows the progress of the disease.
