为判断含锑钎料钎焊黄铜是否可行,研究了锡铅锑钎料钎焊H62黄铜时锑与锌的作用,并对其接头的组织与性能进行了深入分析。研究结果表明锡铅锑钎料钎焊黄铜的接头组织中未发现锌锑化合物相,含锑量 0.22%~0.8%(质量分数) 的锡铅锑钎料钎焊黄铜未引起接头性能下降,认为可以钎焊黄铜。

In older to judge if brass can be joined by solder containing antimony, the inter reaction between antimony and zinc was studied, which occurs in the brass H62 joint soldered with tin-lead-antimony alloy. The microstructure and properties of joints were also analyzed. It could be concluded that no chemical compound of zinc-antimony is formed in the brass joints soldered with tin-lead-antimony alloy, the change of antimony content in the range from 0.22 to 0.8 percent in the solder does not weaken the properties of the joints, and brass can be jointed by it.
