目的 评价纳米碳酸钙及高压氧对雌激素缺乏引起的骨丢失的预防作用。 方法 采用3月龄Wistar雌性大鼠切除双侧卵巢并用低钙饲料喂养作动物模 型,术后分别给予钙剂及高压氧,连续14周。结果 与假手术组(Sham)相比去势组(OVX)骨密度、股骨生物力学性质、生 化、骨形态计量指标均有显著差异;钙剂组(OVX+Ca)及高压氧组(OVX+HBO)与OVX组比较,股 骨干及股骨近段骨密度、股骨最大载荷、弹性桡度、最大应力、弹性模量显著升高,血清TR AP、ALP显著下降,高压氧组股骨弹性载荷、弹性应力、弹性应变的升高及血清TRAP、ALP的 下降均较钙剂组明显。结论 纳米碳酸钙及高压氧能在一定程度上抑制去势低钙饲料喂养的Wista r大鼠骨密度及骨生物力学性能下降。

Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of nanome ter calcium carbonate and hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on bone loss inducd by dep letion of estrogen. Methods Bone mineral density(BMD),biomechanical properties and bi ochemical histomorphological parameters were investigated in 3-month-old ovari ectomized Wistar rats on a low-calcium diet.Administration of calcium and HBO w as started immediately after ovariectomy and continued for 14 weeks. Results BMD,biomechanical properties, biochemical and histomorph ological parameters significantly changed in OVX rats,compared with sham-opera ted rats.Significant increase was found in OVX+Ca and HBO rats,compared with OVX rats in regard to the BMD values of proximal femoral segment and femoral diaphy sis,and in regard to the biomechanical parameters of femur such as maximum load, elastic deformation,maximum stress and elastic modulus.With respect to the chang e in biochemical parameters,the OVX+Ca rats and OVX+HBO rats showed a significant decrement in serum TRAP and ALP,compared with OVX group.The increment of elasti c load,elastic stress,elastic strain and the decrement of serum TRAP and ALP were more obvious in OVX+HBO group than in OVX+Ca group. Conclusion Nanometer calcium carbonate supplementation and hyper baric oxygenation can inhibit bone loss and the decrease of biomechanical proper ties in ovariectomized Wistar rats on a low calcium diet.
