The compatibility and surface properties of synthesized organosilicon polymer modified phenolic resins were reviewed. Glass temperature Tg was measured by dynamic mechanical method. The compatibil ity of modified resins was researched. Contact angles of solid polymers against water and glycerol were determined. According to the harmonic-mean equation the surface tension value were calculated and the surface properties were discussed.
