以共聚氯醚橡胶和丁腈橡胶的溶液共混物为 主体,含浸LiClO4/PC液,制得两相高分子电解质。用DSC、FT-IR和X射线衍射法研究了在高分子中的存在状态及其与高分子的相互作用。结果表明,Li+主要与ECO中的醚氧原子配 位,且被PC溶剂化,LiClO4完全溶解在体系中。亦有少量Li+与NBR中的-CN键发生作用。含浸LiClO4/PC后,ECO/NBR的相容性提高。

A new type of dual-phase polymer electrol yte(DPE) film was prepared by mechanical mixing of poly(epichlorohydrin-co-oxi rane)(ECO) and poly(acrylonitrile-co-butadiene) rubber(NBR) binary solution and then by solution casting. The casting films were swollen with a LiClO4/prop ylene carbonate(PC) solution to obtain DPE films. The DPE films have been studied using X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and DSC. Li+ is predominately coordinated with the ether oxide of ECO and is solvated by PC as well, while a bit of Li+ is interacted with -CN of NBR. After having swelling with LiClO4/PC, ECO and NBR are getting more miscible.
