以桂竹香花柄、花萼、花瓣、花丝为外植体,研究不同激素对诱导愈伤组织和不定芽的影响。研究结果表明,4种外植体均能形成愈伤组织,但愈伤组织的发生率、发生部位及形态等表现差异。花柄愈伤组织继代MS+2,4-D+BA培养基,可分化产生不定芽,出芽率78%~82%。再生小苗在1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L培养基中生根形成再生植株。
以桂竹香花柄、花萼、花瓣、花絲為外植體,研究不同激素對誘導愈傷組織和不定芽的影響。研究結果錶明,4種外植體均能形成愈傷組織,但愈傷組織的髮生率、髮生部位及形態等錶現差異。花柄愈傷組織繼代MS+2,4-D+BA培養基,可分化產生不定芽,齣芽率78%~82%。再生小苗在1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L培養基中生根形成再生植株。

The calli were induced from flower organs such as pedicel, calyx,petal and filament of Cheiranthus cheiril L. on MS basal medium supplemented with auxins. The effects of auxins and explants on callus induction and adventitious bud differentiated were investigated. The callus fromation percentage, morphogenesis, position and days were different in four explans and auxins treatment. The callus from pedicel explant produced adventitious bud by subculture on MS+2,4-D+BA, which rate were 78%~82%. The regeneration plant were formed after rooting on MS+NAA 0.5mg/L.
