以籼稻品种成熟种子为材料,研究了胚乳对成熟胚愈伤组织诱导和分化的影响。结果表明,种子胚乳量愈少,始愈期愈早;形成的愈伤组织生长速率以带全胚乳的种子为最快;愈伤组织分化率则以带半胚乳的种子最高。愈伤组织继代培养次数显著影响绿苗分化频率,以继代培养1次(约12~14 d)的愈伤组织分化率最高。

During the process of the culture in vitro of mature rice seed, the amount of endoeperm affected the callus formation, callus growth speed and its differentiation. The less the amount of endosperm left in seeds was, the earlier the callus formation from seed was. On the contrary, the more the amount of endosperm left in seeds, the faster the callus grew. However,the callus from seeds containing a half of endosperm was observed to regenerate more plants. Meanwhile, the number of times in the callus culture influenced frequency of the plant regeneration, the first time (abort 12 to 14 day) of the callus culture was more effective in inducing plant regenreation.
