目的：探讨寰齿(A0)关节与寰枢(AA)外侧关节退变的关系。方法：对164例接受头颅CT检查病人的AA关节行CT扫描。结果：寰枢关节退变性骨关节病(AAOA)的影像学表现主要为关节间隙变窄和骨赘，二关节退变有相关性。结论：AO关节和AA外侧关节退变分别见于40岁和50岁以后，二者有一定的关联。
목적：탐토환치(A0)관절여환추(AA)외측관절퇴변적관계。방법：대164례접수두로CT검사병인적AA관절행CT소묘。결과：환추관절퇴변성골관절병(AAOA)적영상학표현주요위관절간극변착화골췌，이관절퇴변유상관성。결론：AO관절화AA외측관절퇴변분별견우40세화50세이후，이자유일정적관련。
【 Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the relationship between atlanto- odontoid(AO) joint and lateral atlanto- axial(AA)joint degeneration. Methods:CT scans of AA joint were done in 164 patients who underwent brain CT examinations. Results:CT find ings of atlanto- axial osteoarthritis(AAOA)included the narrowing of joint space, formation of cteophyte. Coclusion:AO joint and lateral AA joint degeneration begun after 40 years and 50 years seperatively. There were relation between them.
