目的 观察飞行训练员被试者在缺氧与高温负荷下智能功效的改变及航宝营养液的抗心理疲劳作用。方法 受试者为15名健康青年飞行训炼员,随机分为试验组(10名)和对照组(5名)。试验组航宝营养液10ml,bid,po,共服30d。对照组服用安慰剂,方法同试验组。分别在用药前和用药30d接受高温舱(38℃)低氧混合气(14%氧氮混合气,相当于3 000m高度)试验,检测暴露于该负荷下10min和60min时的人体功效指标。结果 试验组用药后暴露在高温与缺氧复合负荷下10min和60min的双手组合操作按键正确次数为50.92%±15.93%、50.40%±13.40%,明显高于用药前29.19%±8.36%、28.49%±7.74%(P<0.01);二维补偿跟踪试验成绩为22.20±6.37、17.00±7.16,亦比用药前15.00±7.42、11.20±6.31有改善,但不及双手组合操作明显。而对照组用药后各项指标无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 航宝营养液具有一定提高机体缺氧耐力和抗心理疲劳的作用。

목적 관찰비행훈련원피시자재결양여고온부하하지능공효적개변급항보영양액적항심리피노작용。방법 수시자위15명건강청년비행훈련원,수궤분위시험조(10명)화대조조(5명)。시험조항보영양액10ml,bid,po,공복30d。대조조복용안위제,방법동시험조。분별재용약전화용약30d접수고온창(38℃)저양혼합기(14%양담혼합기,상당우3 000m고도)시험,검측폭로우해부하하10min화60min시적인체공효지표。결과 시험조용약후폭로재고온여결양복합부하하10min화60min적쌍수조합조작안건정학차수위50.92%±15.93%、50.40%±13.40%,명현고우용약전29.19%±8.36%、28.49%±7.74%(P<0.01);이유보상근종시험성적위22.20±6.37、17.00±7.16,역비용약전15.00±7.42、11.20±6.31유개선,단불급쌍수조합조작명현。이대조조용약후각항지표무명현변화(P>0.05)。결론 항보영양액구유일정제고궤체결양내력화항심리피로적작용。
Aim Hypoxic tolerance and intelligential efficiency of flying trainers are reduced remarkably during combined hypoxia and heat stresses.The judgement and performance are affected.The purpose of this study is to observe the changes of intelligential efficiency of the subjects during the stresses and the effects of Hangbao Yingyangye on psychological fatigue.Methods Fifteen healthy male flying trainers served as the subjects,and they were divided into experimental group (n=10) and control group (n=5).For the experimental group,Hangbao Yingyangye was given orally (10ml bid) for one month,and for the controls placebo was used instead. Inhaling low-oxygen gas (14% oxygen-nitrogen mixture) and heat chamber test(38℃) were conducted before and after administering a course of Hangbao Yingyangye (or placebo).The ergonomical indexes of the subjects were examined after 10 and 60 min exposed to the combined stresses.Results In experimental group,compared with initial value(29.19%±8.36%,28.49%±7.74%),correct rates of the two hand operations after 10 and 60 min of the combined stresses were significantly increased(50.92%±15.93%,50.40%±13.40%,P<0.01 respectively),and the results of the two-dimensional compensating trace tests were improved (22.20±6.37,17.00±7.16),compared with intial value(15.00±7.42,11.20±6.31).But there no significant changes of those in the control after a course of placebo.Conclusion Hangbao Yingyangye can enhance hypoxic tolerance and resistance to psychological fatigue of human body.
