采用预聚体的方法制备出煤接枝马来酸酐同甲基丙烯酸甲酯的复合物(Coal-g-MAH/PMMA),讨论了煤的用量、体系粘度及聚合温度对反应的影响,同时运用毛细管流变仪研究了共混体系和纯PMMA体系的流变性能.结果表明,两体系的流动都符合假塑性流体的流动规律,表观粘度随剪切速率的增大而下降.

The Coal-g-MAH/PMMA was prepared with the method of prepolymer and the effects of the quantity of coal,viscosity and temperature on reaction were investigated, at the same time, the rheological behavior of the blended system and the pure PMMA system were observed by means of a capillary rheometer. The results show that the flowablity of the system obeys the law of pseudoplastic fluid, its apparent viscosity decreases with the increase of the shear rate.
