对昆明市居民按工作单位随机整群抽取1?728个样本进行问卷调查和尘螨浸液皮肤点刺实验．结果：荨麻疹中，螨因素过敏患病率为2.55%．对该病患病率有关的3个因素进行分析，结果表明有家族过敏史及吸烟是本病发病相关的重要因素．

A questionnaire survey and skin prick test were conducted among l?728 people selected randomly from work unites in Kunming residents to investigate urticari a with mite allergens． The results demonstrated that urticaria patients with positive skin test reaction extraction of Dermatophagoides farinae were 0.8%． Allergic family history and s moking were two important related factors with allergic urticaria from the result of relevant f actor analyzing．
