研究了以尿素为氮源的锯末基质发酵腐熟过程中理化性质的变化以及对辣椒幼苗生长发育的影响.结果表明,腐熟后基质中氮素水平降低,木质纤维素(碳素)得以降解,C/N值下降;锯末基质加入7 kg*m-3尿素和0.21 kg*m-3EM处理的辣椒苗生长最好,可达到草炭基质的水平.

Studies were conducted on the changes of physico-chemical quality of sawdust substrates using urinate as manure source during fermentation and the effect on growth of pepper seedling.The results indicate that,after fermentation,carbon level of substrates decreases,lingo-cellulose has been degraded and the ratio of carbon nitrogen(C/N) also decreases too;pepper seedling grow best in substrates with 7 kg*m-3 urinate and 0.21 kg*m-3 EM sawdust,which can reach the level of peat substrates.
