目的：对我院的全肠外营养液(total parenteral nutrition，TPN)处方用药进行调查分析，以期促进临床合理用药。方法：选取我院2012年2～3月份共536张TPN处方，对其疗程、处方组成、配比及稳定性影响因素等进行汇总分析。结果：我院ICU全肠外营养液临床使用基本合理，但仍存在电解质用量规范及TPN能量优化等问题，个体化用药水平仍有待提高。结论：药师应该从药学角度协助医生开具合理的TPN处方，保证用药安全，提高医疗质量。

목적：대아원적전장외영양액(total parenteral nutrition，TPN)처방용약진행조사분석，이기촉진림상합리용약。방법：선취아원2012년2～3월빈공536장TPN처방，대기료정、처방조성、배비급은정성영향인소등진행회총분석。결과：아원ICU전장외영양액림상사용기본합리，단잉존재전해질용량규범급TPN능량우화등문제，개체화용약수평잉유대제고。결론：약사응해종약학각도협조의생개구합리적TPN처방，보증용약안전，제고의료질량。
Objective: The total parenteral nutrition (TPN) prescriptions in our hospital were investigated and analyzed in order to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods: A total of 536 TPN prescriptions in the ICU from February to March of 2012 were selected. The course of treatment, prescription formula and factors that may affect stability were collected and analyzed. Results: The clinical use of TPN in ICU was basically reasonable, but there were still problems in polyelectrolyte dosage and optimization of TPN energy requirement. Individualized TPN administration remains to be improved. Conclusion: To ensure the safety of drug use and improve the quality of medical care, pharmacists should assist physicians in TPN prescription with pharmaceutical considerations.
