分别利用催化剂,采用固定床连续工艺,由2,3,5-三甲基苯醌合成出了高产率的2,3,5-三甲基氢醌,并与催化剂进行了性能比较。结果表明,催化剂具有较高的初选择性;同时,随着2,3,5三甲基苯醌空速的提高,初活性的下降幅度小于初活性的下降幅度。
分彆利用催化劑,採用固定床連續工藝,由2,3,5-三甲基苯醌閤成齣瞭高產率的2,3,5-三甲基氫醌,併與催化劑進行瞭性能比較。結果錶明,催化劑具有較高的初選擇性;同時,隨著2,3,5三甲基苯醌空速的提高,初活性的下降幅度小于初活性的下降幅度。
분별이용최화제,채용고정상련속공예,유2,3,5-삼갑기분곤합성출료고산솔적2,3,5-삼갑기경곤,병여최화제진행료성능비교。결과표명,최화제구유교고적초선택성;동시,수착2,3,5삼갑기분곤공속적제고,초활성적하강폭도소우초활성적하강폭도。
The 2,3,5-trimethylhydroquinone with high yield was synthesized by the catalytic hydrogenation of 2,3,5-trimethylbenzoquinone with bimetallic catalysts by fixed bed continuous process. The catalytic properties of Pt catalysts were compared with those of Pd/catalysts. The results showed that Pt catalyst could increase the initial selectivity greatly. The initial activity of Pt decreased less than those of catalysts with the increase of 2,3,5-trimethylbenzoquinone space velocity.
