The temperature system of tunnel kiln is a large inertia, slow time-change nonlinear system. This paper introduces a novel self-adjusting Fuzzy-PID kiln temperature control strategy, recounts the dispersion control scheme based on PC computer and 8031 single chip computer and the hardware and software structures. The practice proves the validity of this scheme.
