目的观察兔耳创面愈合后组织增生块中应用透明质酸(HA)和透明质酸酶(HAse)对瘢痕增生情况的影响.方法在已建立兔耳增生性瘢痕模型基础上,在兔耳增生块中分别注射HA, HAse并设盐水(saline)、空白(blank)对照,采用氯胺T法测定不同时间瘢痕组织中羟脯氨酸(HPr)含量的变化.结果①HA,盐水和空白组的HPr含量均逐渐升高(P<0.05),而HAse组呈现下降趋势(P<0.05);②盐水和空白对照组的HPr含量无差异(P>0.05);③HA组的HPr含量明显高于盐水组(P<0.05);④HAse组的HPr含量明显低于盐水组(P<0.01);⑤HA组的HPr含量明显高于HAse组(P<0.01).结论瘢痕组织中注射HA后胶原合成增加, 提示瘢痕组织中, HA含量的持续增高可导致瘢痕的异常增生.

AIM To observe the scar formation by using hyaluronic acid (HA) and hyaluronidase (HAse) in excessive dermal scar of rabbit ears. METHODS Upon the foundation of hypertrophic scar model in rabbit ears, we tested the content of hydroxyproline (HPr) using chloramineT method by injecting HA and HAse in excessive dermal scar of rabbit ears with the establishment of saline and blank control at different time. RESULTS ① HPr contents of the HA, saline and blank groups were gradullay increased (P<0.05), whereas those of HAse group were decreased (P<0.05); ② There was no significant difference of HPr contents between saline and blank groups (P>0.05); ③ Compared with saline group, HPr contents of the HA group were higher (P<0.05); ④ Compared with saline group, HPr contents of the HAse group were lower (P<0.01); ⑤ HPr contents of the HA group were much higher than those of HAse group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Collagen synthesis has increased with injection HA in scar tissue, which suggest that persisting the elevation of HA level may lead abnormal scar formation.
